ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) — There’s a brand new dinosaur that’s been discovered and now you and your family can go check it out. The Ankylousaur roamed New Mexico 73 million years ago. Doctor Robert Sullivan discovered the skull in the San Juan Basin in 2011. You can see it now at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science.

If you’ve gotten some grub at Jimmy John’s lately, listen up. Locations all across the country have been hacked, including some here in New Mexico. This includes the Albuquerque store on Holly Avenue and Paseo del Norte from July 1 through Aug. 2 and the Roswell store on Main Street from July 1 through August.

The defense is set to take over today at the trial for Rio Arriba County Sheriff Tommy Rodella. He’s accused of roughing up a driver during a traffic stop earlier this year. Yesterday a jogger who saw some of what happened testified he saw Tafoya almost hit the sheriff with his car.

In another high profile trial, the lead investigator for former APD Sgt. Adam Casaus’s deadly crash will be on the stand. Yesterday was very emotional, as two witnesses talked about seeing the crash and trying to help afterward. Casaus could face nine years in prison if he’s convicted of vehicular homicide for killing Ashley Browder and badly hurting her sister.
