ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) –  Albuquerque High started the night still looking to give first year head coach and former Lobo Curtis Flakes his first win. The Bulldogs were also hoping to stop the losses that have built up to 1 and 42 since 2010. Albuquerque High was hosting the Valencia Jaguars who were leading 12-7 at halftime. The Jaguars would go on to win 38-21.

The St. Michael’s Horsemen won it all in what was Triple-A two seasons ago. The Robertson Cardinals had the honor of doing so last season. The champions of the last two seasons met on the gridiron Friday. Robertson held it down defeating the Horsemen 20 to nothing.

This week’s Player of the Week is Easton Bruere. Bruere was 17 for 24 with 271 passing yards and four touchdowns.
