Amber Alert cancelled, missing boy home safe

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The 4-year-old boy at the center of an Albuquerque Amber Alert is now back at home.

According to the Albuquerque Police Department, Adam Chavez went missing with his mother, 36-year-old Melissa Garcia in the 8900 block of Jefferson Street NE at approximately 7:30 p.m. Friday.

APD says Chavez has been returned and he is home safe with family members.
