Grant to be used for chile-infused wine

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – We all know New Mexico is known for its chile, but what about its chile-infused wine?

St. Clair Winery was awarded a $50,000 grant from the federal government to expand its production of its chile-infused wines.

The winery’s chile wines are made by using hot peppers from the Hatch Valley.
