Teen birth rates drop in NM, U.S.

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – There’s some good and bad news when it comes to teen birth rates in New Mexico.

According to a new report released by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, teen birth rates continue to drop across the country and the state.

However, New Mexico is still at the top of the list with 47.5 births per 1,000 teens.
