KRQE GM accepts ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The act of dumping a bucket of ice cold water and donating to the ALS Foundation has drawn a nation together, brought awareness to a deadly disease and raised millions of dollars to help fight it.

Mayor R.J. Berry accepted the Ice Bucket Challenge Thursday and in doing so he challenged KRQE’s General Manager, Bill Anderson to participate. Anderson gladly accepted the challenge to help spread ALS awareness across the country. He then challenged Matt Mauro, Larry Barker and Chad Brummett.

Anderson has also donated to the ALS Association.
