CNM rated number two in ‘Community College Week’

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – CNM has been ranked second in the nation for associate degrees awarded to Hispanics and Native Americans.

The magazine “Community College Week” gathered data from the U.S. Department of Education to compile its national list of top 100 associate degree producers.

They said during the 2012-13 academic year, CNM awarded more than 3,300 associate degrees. More than 1,400 of those went to Hispanics and more than 200 went to Native American students.
