Santa Fe man shoots, kills employee

SANTA FE (KRQE) – A 57-year-old man was arrested and is facing murder charges for the death of his employee.

Edwin Watters was arrested after he called police and told them he had shot 45-year-old Diego Sena at a home in the 1100 block of east Alameda Street in Santa Fe.

Officers found Sena last night unconscious and bleeding in the backyard of the home. He died at the scene.

Police say Sena was employed by Watters and they were at the home remodeling it together.
