ABQ gathering shows support for Ferguson


ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Around 100 people gathered in downtown Albuquerque Thursday night to show their solidarity and support in the aftermath of the deadly shooting of an unarmed black teen in Ferguson, Missouri.

The Answer Coalition and many others gathered in front of APD headquarters to protest the deadly shooting.

Thursday President Obama called for “peace and calm” in Ferguson, Missouri after days of violent protests and clashes with police.
