ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – First it was grasshoppers, now it’s worms! Bagworms and catepillars are invading trees and leaves, building cacoons. Experts say they’re not bad for trees, but pesticides usually don’t work on them.

Have you seen pictures of the grim reaper at a cemetery in Albuquerque floating around Facebook? People say they saw a person in a cloak at the San Jose Cemetery near Gibson and I-25 Sunday night. They have no idea who it is.

Marcos Delgado, the man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend and shooting three others Friday, killed himself early Tuesday. Undercover officers got a tip he was around 12th and Candelaria and they started following him. That’s when they say he started shooting, ran away and later killed himself.

Believe it or not, like it or not, it’s time to go back to school in Albuquerque, so be on the look out. You’ll see a lot of kids walking and on their bikes. Don’t forget about stopping for buses and slowing down in school zones. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
