TAOS, N.M. (KRQE) – Students at Taos High School will get an extra day of summer break. School has been delayed because of construction issues.
The school just underwent a major makeover to add state of the art math and science classrooms.
But construction just wrapped up a couple of days ago and teachers are now working to get the classrooms ready.
School is now set to start Friday at the high school. Students will have to make up the day at the end of the year. All other Taos schools start Thursday.
