Lobo football players reinstated

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – University of New Mexico runningback Crusoe Gongbay and corner Saqwan Edwards have been reinstated to the football team. The Albuquerque Journal is reporting that Athletic Director Paul Krebs has confirmed the news.

The two were suspended from the team in April after they were arrested for the alleged rape of a UNM student. The charges were dismissed in June because of a lack of evidence.
