Kassandra’s Friday Morning Forecast

It was quite the rainy July. The official recorded rainfall at the Albuquerque Sunport was 3.49″, which puts 2014 as one of the top five wettest Julys on record.

The month of August will start just how July ended: Wet. More scattered showers and storms will develop this afternoon and evening. Some storms will be slow moving and will dump heavy rain which means we’ll have the potential for flooding and flash flooding.
