Five Isotopes suspended after brawl

Five Isotopes and six Reno Aces have been suspended after the Reno brawl.

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The Pacific Coast League has handed out suspensions for five members of the Albuquerque Isotopes for their role in a brawl against the Reno Aces over the weekend.

Pitcher Carlos Frias got the most games and will serve a 7 game suspension which starts immediately. Infielder Walter Ibarra is also starting his suspension immediately. Pitcher Jose Dominguez starts when Frias returns. Pitcher Pedro Baez will start his suspension when Dominguez returns. When Baez returns pitcher Yimi Garcia will serve his three games.

Infielder Erisbel Arruebarruena started the brawl with a shove and has since been sent down to Single A.
