ABQ to host program to help entrepreneurs

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – How about sharing business ideas over coffee? In just about a week, you can.

A program aimed at helping new entrepreneurs network is coming to Albuquerque.

The program, 1 Million Cups, has the goal of “building communities, one cup at a time,” according to its website.

Start-up businesses will meet every Wednesday morning at Fat Pipe ABQ downtown.

During the meetings, two companies will present their products and take questions.

Albuquerque will be the 50th city to join the 1 Million Cups family.

The first meeting will be Aug. 6.
