Chris’ Sunday Evening Forecast

The cold front we talked about on Saturday has moved through and that triggered the strong storms that hit part of the metro Sunday night.   Areas in Albuquerque picked up anywhere from a half inch to three quarters of an inch.   Parts of Rio Rancho picked up just under an inch of rain.

More heavy rain will fall over the next 7 days in parts of New Mexico.   A series of disturbances and cold fronts will keep the rain in the forecast.   So flooding is going to be a huge concern.  Stay tuned because it could be an exciting week of weather!
