Ariz. man charged in fatal NM crash


HOBBS, N.M. (KRQE) – An Arizona man suspected of driving drunk and killing a mother and her child near Hobbs has been formally charged.

Police say 27-year-old Keevisen Gould drove the wrong way on Lovington Highway earlier this month and hit 44-year-old Priscilla Mungia’s car head-on.

She and her 6-year-old daughter died. A passenger in Gould’s pickup was seriously injured.

Gould is charged with two counts of vehicular homicide.
