Roswell police investigate 13th car fire

ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) – Authorities in Roswell are now investigating another car fire. It’s the latest in a string of arsons.

Police say the fire broke out around 2 a.m. Thursday. Investigators believe this is the 18th blaze set by a fire bug.

This comes weeks after police say an arsonist lit up three vehicles, which spread to two homes, and destroyed one of them.

Officials say the car set on fire overnight is a total loss.
