FARMINGTON, N.M. (KRQE) – Some car wash employees in northern New Mexico are being hailed as heroes for saving a motorcyclist during a crash.

Farmington police say 15 workers at the Blue Diamond Auto Spa rescued the rider last month at the intersection of east Main and Pinon Hills Boulevard.

He had become pinned underneath a car and employees lifted the car off of him.

Police and the Farmington Fire Department awarded the employees for their bravery.
