Drug dealer involved in foam party death bonds out

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The man accused of selling drugs to a young Santa Fe girl who died at a foam party is out of jail Monday.

Eric Stone was arrested back in November, more than three months after 14-year-old Hannah Bruch died from an overdose.

He allegedly sold her “molly”, a pure form of ecstasy.

Stone was able to post his $100,000 cash or surety bond Monday morning.

Bruch died last August after she took a heavy dose of the drug in the parking lot of Expo New Mexico, before going in to a foam party. She died a few hours later.

Stone is charged with three counts of distributing to a minor.
