Residents plan donation drop-off for immigrants

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The droves of illegal immigrants housed in the state have caused a big divide between New Mexicans.

Some want them gone, however, another donation drop-off took place in Albuquerque on Sunday as part of a bigger project to send supplies down to southern New Mexico.

“Children are our future no matter where they come from, so it seems to me that we ought to help out,” said Syliva Ramos.
