NMSU warns ABQ residents of scheme

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – New Mexico State University is warning about a scheme someone’s running in north Albuquerque Acres.

A person claiming to work for NMSU has been going door to door there asking for personal information about peoples’ college education and job history.

The news release doesn’t say if it’s a man or woman doing this but whoever it is, is telling people the winners will get a trip to Hawaii.

The university says it’s a totally bogus claim and they have nothing to do with it.
