Family of bicyclist killed by driver to set up ghost bike

EDGEWOOD, N.M. (KRQE) – A ghost bike will be set up tonight for the bicyclist hit and killed in Edgewood last month.

Michael Wolff, 56, was hit by a car along Route 66 in the East Mountains June 6th, he died eight days later.

The driver, who allegedly hit Wolff and took off, was identified as 21-year-old Shilo Sap who was later arrested.

Sap told investigators he was looking down at the radio when he hit Wolff.

Friday night’s ghost bike ceremony will be held at 6:30 p.m.
