Recent rainfall helps crews fight Diego Fire


SANTA FE (KRQE) – The rain is certainly helping firefighters make even more headway battling the Diego Fire that’s burning been burning for a couple of weeks now in northern New Mexico.

It’s now 50 percent contained.

The lightning-caused-fire is burning in the Santa Fe National Forest about eight miles from coyote.
