Veteran walks cross country for wounded warriors

Army veteran Josh Lydell is walking across the country to benefit wounded warriors.

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A man on his way across America stopped in Albuquerque Thursday.

Josh Lydell says he’s trekking hundreds of miles to help support the Wounded Warrior Project.

The project raises money every year to build homes for permanently injured veterans.

Lydell., a veteran himself, says going extreme is working for him so far
