Water main break fouls up downtown traffic

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A busted water main in downtown Albuquerque could make it tough for people to get to work Monday morning.

Crews are trying to fix a water main break and the sinkhole that followed Sunday at the intersection of Second Street and Roma Avenue.

There are several other lane closures affecting First and Roma, Third and Roma, and Second and Marquette.

Those who work downtown are advised to leave early to navigate around the problem areas.
