ALAMOGORDO, N.M. (KRQE) – Police say the airmen involved in a crash that killed him and two others back in January was drunk.
According to the Alamogordo Daily News, an autopsy report shows 26-year-old Ryan Loehr had blood alcohol levels of .14 and .15.
New Mexico’s limit is .08.
Investigators say speed was also a factor.
Authorities say the Honda Civic Loehr was driving rolled over several times on a sharp curve.
Deshon Wartley, 21, and 19-year-old Lamont Cullars were also in the car.
Investigators say they all died from blunt force injuries.
