Lobos tennis coach Dils resigns

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – He’s the career coaching leader in wins for UNM men’s tennis.

Coach Alan Dils is also calling it a career after 18 seasons and five conference championships as a a head coach coach and five as an assistant.

Dils retirement from coaching is effective immediately. He will continue to help at UNM with development and fundraising.

Dils spent a total of 29 years at UNM as a student athlete and coach. He says he stepped down to spend more time with family.
