LOS LUNAS, N.M. (KRQE) – The Los Lunas man shot by police after he fired some 80 rounds at them is facing some serious charges.
The incident happened May 2nd at a home on Don Santiago.
A woman called 911 saying her husband Daniel Olguin was acting erratically.
When police arrived they say he started shooting at them.
When Olguin came out of the house with the gun, they fired back.
Thursday a grand jury indicted Olguin for six counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer, negligent use of a deadly weapon and shooting at a motor vehicle.
