Drier air is making a return to New Mexico and that means temperatures are going to be sky rocketing above average. The metro will be in the 90s over the next few days while the southeast will be sitting in the triple digits. So if you are going to be trying to enjoy the outdoors, you want to make sure you have the sunscreen and drink plenty of water while taking frequent breaks. The above average temps also means the fire danger will be going up for parts of the state for the upcoming week.
