2 teens injured in rollover crash

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A 15-year-old girl is on life support after her vehicle crashed early Monday morning and flipped, causing her and a juvenile passenger to be ejected.

According to officer Simon Drobik of APD, police responded to the single-vehicle crash near 98th Street and Eucariz around 1 a.m.

Police say the teen was driving a Toyota SUV when she lost control, hit a curb and over-corrected. The vehicle appears to have flipped three times, Drobik says.

The passenger in the car suffered sever head trauma, police say.

Speed appears to be a factor in the crash.
