Morgan Freeman talks NM weather in online article

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – First actress Charlize Theron complained about New Mexico’s weather and now Morgan Freeman is complaining too.

In an online article, the Oscar-winning actor talks about a cross-country road trip.

In it he said, “I was just in New Mexico in the desert working. It was hot – but I couldn’t stand it.”

Recently Charlize Theron also announced that she isn’t too thrilled with the New Mexico weather either.

Last summer, she was here shooting the comedy-western movie A Million Ways to Die In the West.

That’s when the state was hit with a massive storm, with hurricane-like winds and flooding around the state.

After that experience she said she might not want to shoot here again.
