There’s a chance for a few more spot showers early tonight around the Northern Mountains and in the Northeast otherwise partly cloudy and warm overnight temps.
The hot temperatures return to much of the state on Sunday, but unfortunately so do the winds. Now the wind won’t be too out of control, but strong enough to elevate the fire danger for tomorrow and Monday. Most areas will have wind speeds from 15-25 mph with gusts from 35-45 mph.
Temperatures will eventually come back down to more seasonable highs, but not until mid to late week.
