LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KRQE) – On Saturday, Gov. Susuana Martinez announced CertoPlast will bring 100 new jobs to Las Cruces that will pay $22 per hour on average.
In a news release issued Saturday, Martinez said “We are thrilled that CertoPlast will create 100 new jobs here in New Mexico to manufacture their products for the auto industry.”
CertoPlast is a manufacturing company that produces technical adhesive tapes. The company has facilities in China and Europe, with its headquarters in Germany, according to the release. The operation in Las Cruces will be CertoPlast’s first North American-based plant.
