Man gets 10 years for ABQ bank robbery

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man is going to federal prison for 10 years for a bank robbery.

Jay Patrick Mount, 36, was sentenced Friday.

Last year, mount held up the U.S. Bank near Carlisle and Gibson.

In his plea agreement, he admitted to giving a bank teller a note demanding money and threatening harm if they didn’t hand it over.
