Mining company regulations to continue

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – New Mexico’s Court of Appeals says there’s not enough evidence to put a hold on regulations for mining companies that pollute groundwater.

Attorney General Gary King and environmentalists are appealing the state regulations for mining companies.

The state says the rules are the toughest of any state.
