Many Bernalillo County voting centers changed

BERNALILLO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – Some voters in Bernalillo County might be surprised to find their polling place is no longer there when it comes time to vote in the upcoming election.

One of the busiest sites on Lomas and 6th Street has been closed because the building needed to be used by the neighboring school.

A busy polling location off of Menaul can only be used in municipal elections, and the clerk’s annex where a lot of people vote has now been moved.

More early voting sites will open May 19th and run through the 31st.

If you need more information about voting, you can visit the county website, or download their app, called My Vote Center.
