ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – What’s the state of Albuquerque’s air?

According to the American Lung Association, Albuquerque ranks among America’s cleanest cities at 14 on the list of the top 25 in the year-round particle pollution category.

While the city’s overall air quality is better than it was a decade ago, the study found in most places, ozone readings have gotten worse in the past few years which can lead to serious health issues.
