Man still behind bars in littering case

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The Albuquerque man arrested Friday for tossing a cigarette onto a city street is still behind bars.

It happened on Broadway by Lomas as an APD officer was questioning Brandon amburgey about trespassing at the McDonald’s there.

A judge cut Amburgey’s bond to $5,000 cash.

The cost of keeping him in jail is now about $300.
