Chris’ Sunday Evening Forecast

High winds will continue for the next few hours before relaxing some overnight.   But, the winds won’t stay down for long because they’ll crank back up again on Monday with gusts from 40-50 mph around the state.   Winds will remain breezy to gusty into the middle of the week with high temps 10-15° below average for the week ahead.

Our next chance for some showers will be Wednesday into Thursday.   That is when a cold front will move in from the northeast and that could trigger some scattered showers over the northern mountains and in the eastern plains. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
