APD: Missing teen located

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Albuquerque police have located a missing man who is a resident at the Ottheao Home for disabled adults.

According to police, 18-year-old Joseph Taylor Carabajal left the home through a bedroom window a little after 11 a.m. Wednesday. APD says that he was last seen running south form the house wearing a red and black shirt, camouflage pants and no socks or shoes.

Carabajal suffers from mental health issues, behavioral issues and is mentally challenged. He also takes prescription medication.

He was located Wednesday afternoon and has been returned to the Ottheao Home.
