Man enters plea in child porn case

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man, accused of going to community swimming pools and taking pictures of kids underwater, has pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges.

Joshua Iben, 21, was arrested last November after FBI agents raided his northeast heights home.

They found he was sharing child porn using his email.

Iben also admitted going to the pools to take pictures of kids using a small camera wrapped in saran wrap.

According to online court records, it doesn’t appear he was ever charged in connection with those incidents.

But he does face up to 20 years in federal prison and will have to register as a sex offender for the child pornography counts.
