Shirley MacLaine will sell Abiquiu ranch for $18M

ABIQUIU, NM (KRQE) – The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Oscar-winning actress Shirely MacLaine has decided to sell her ranch for $18 million though psychics she consulted advised her to list it for $30 million. The ranch is about an hour’s drive north of Santa Fe, NM.

The 7,450-acre property will be listed for $18 million by Sotheby’s International Realty which includes an approximate 9,000 square-foot main house, a caretaker’s cottage, a horse barn, a swimming pool, two ponds and other features.
