BioPark opens new underwater exhibit

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The Albuquerque BioPark is home to some new underwater residents.

Now they may just look like grass waving in the underwater current but these green guys are underwater eels.

There are more than 20 of them but they are like underwater prairie dogs, they dig holes and pop up when they want too.

And in the gulf coast gallery there is a pair of young American alligators.

If you would like to see the new additions, tickets are half price this weekend.
