A grim story from the other side of the globe where a ferry with almost 500 people on it, mostly students, has sunk. So far we know at least 2 are dead. Dozens hurt are hurt and a couple hundred are missing.

It’s a story everyone’s looking at on to see a kid who fell off a cliff in Sandoval county yesterday. Sky News 13 caught the rescue on camera. The 12-year-old fell when he was hiking with his dad and some friends. The child is in the hospital this morning. We haven’t heard how he’s doing.

A big talker this morning, Albuquerque’s police oversight commission is looking for three new members. After Jonathan Siegel, Richard Shine and Jennifer Barela quit yesterday.
