ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – He came on the scene with speed and excitement last season. Lobos receiver Dameon Gamblin says the game has slowed for him since his freshman year.
With that said Gamblin says spring is going well and he is expecting the best once the fall rolls around.
The shifty Gamblin has even recognized an upgrade in the talent in the Lobos defensive secondary which he says is also helping him get better.
“I’m ready to have a way better year than I did last year,” Gamblin said. “We all want to progress and do better and better each year. We don’t want to stay in the same spot. I was brought up; If you aren’t getting better you are getting worse. Of course I want to do better, turn those big plays into bigger plays and have even more and be more consistent”
