Chris’ Wednesday Evening Forecast

A storm system is going to clip New Mexico tonight and that means the chance for some snow in the Sangre de Cristo Mtns.  Most areas will only pick up 2-5 inches.   This isn’t as strong as a storm like the last one.   Plus, this system is not dipping as far south as the one that brought high winds and decent snowfall Sunday night.

This storm will clear out quickly overnight and winds will come down by tomorrow afternoon.   Temps in eastern New Mexico will be 10-15° cooler compared to today, but still mild for this time of the year.   A more impressive system could move in over the weekend bringing the chance for scattered t-storms.
