Balloons to fly in Maiden Voyage Launch

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The first Anderson-Abruzzo Balloon Museum Foundation’s Maiden Voyage Launch takes place Wednesday.

The museum’s hot air balloon will launch right after an 8 a.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony.

This is all part of the museum’s sixth annual spring break family day which is also from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with kite-flying, hot-air balloon demonstrations, live music and entertainment.

The Balloon Museum is located off Alamdea west of I-25.
