Police arrest man for pulling gun on people

ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) – Roswell police arrested a man for allegedly going around town pointing a gun at people.

Police say 32-year-old Gabriel Horton pulled a gun on three people on Sunday, Including two people and their two young kids in a car.

The driver of the car put it in reverse and was able to get away.

Another person was sitting in the bed of his truck when Horton allegedly pointed a gun at him too.

Horton was taken into custody after he ran from officers.

He’s charged with aggravated assault, child abuse and eluding an officer.
