FBI, SFPD investigate armed bank robbery

SANTA FE (KRQE) – Santa Fe police and the FBI are searching for an armed bank robber.

It happened at 10 this morning at the first national bank of Santa Fe on Cordova Road.

The robber walked in, pulled a gun and told everyone to get down on the floor.

He demanded cash from two tellers and left.

The suspect was wearing a bandana and sunglasses over his face and a black hooded sweater with the words Santa Fe on the front.

He’s described as Hispanic, in his mid-20s, 6-feet tall, with a slender to medium build.
